How to Install cl-babel software package in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus)

cl-babel software package provides A charset encoding/decoding library, not unlike GNU libiconv, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install cl-babel 

cl-babel is installed in your system.

Make ensure the cl-babel package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cl-babel *

You will get with cl-babel package name, version, architecture and description in a table
